What is Meditation?
Meditation is a state of mind where one is in deep peace. It happens when the mind is silent and calm. Therefore the practice of meditation is turning the “noise” off from the thoughts of the mind
What We Offer
Can be the last 5 minutes of a yoga class, or can be an hour class onto itself. We will do simple mind calming exercises that can include breathe work, mind focusing work, and mantras or affirmations
